Eating the foods with more frequent have more benefit for body actually, so you can keep the weight to ideal proportion and also watch the calories intake for body.

If you eat the foods at least five time within the day then it may help to lose the feeling of eating more then needed or over eating. Furthermore, you can keep the health of level of blood sugar as well as the metabolism.

The important rules is you may not miss the schedule from breakfast to dinner. Otherwise you may face the risk of overeating that can give effect like excess gain of weight.

Obviously you must start with breakfast so body can have sufficient fuel to run activity.

For the dinner, don't eat too much before going to bed. Moreover, you can do some snacking if you're hungry.

Certainly, for snacking you must select the healthy one and does not contain with too much sugar. Just get them on reasonable number so it won't ruin diet.
